Shipping policy

Every Éphé piece is made once, from your photo, for you. That shapes how shipping works.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

When your order ships

Prints and canvas: Production and shipping take 7 to 12 business days from the time you place your order. Production typically begins within one hour of order placement.

Studio Service: You will receive a digital preview by email within 2 to 3 business days. Once you approve the preview, your physical print or canvas ships in 7 to 12 business days. (Digital-only Studio Service orders are delivered with the approved preview.)

Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly by email after checkout. No physical shipping required.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Production and carrier transit times can vary.

How much shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

Free shipping over $300. Orders that subtotal more than $300 (before tax) ship free within the United States.

Carriers and tracking

We ship through major U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Once your order leaves our print partner, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please check that the shipping address on your order is correct before checkout. We are not able to redirect packages once they have shipped.

Delays, lost packages, and damage

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only.

If your package is lost in transit, email hello@ephe.art with your order number and we will work with the carrier to locate it. If we cannot recover the package, we will replace your order at no cost to you.

If your piece arrives damaged, see our Return and Refund Policy for the damage claim procedure. In short: email hello@ephe.art within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you when we transfer the products to the shipping carrier.
